CREATIVE WORKSHOPS FOR ALL
Active | Creative | Live
Our Offer
Through the Creative Shakespeare Project, we deliver energised and engaging workshops that bring Shakespeare’s works to life, lifting the words and characters off the page and planting them firmly in the room with us.
Led by expert Practitioners from a range of creative and performing arts disciplines – including those who’ve worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company and National Theatre time and again – our workshops are energetic, engaging, and fully accessible.
Delivered in-school or at partner venues across the North West, our sessions support learners from KS1 to KS5 by actively exploring character, language, and themes as professional actors do in the rehearsal room.
These workshops boost literacy, confidence, teamwork, and critical thinking – all while making Shakespeare relevant, playful, and empowering.
In addition to the workshops themselves, each school will receive bespoke teaching resources, filmed materials, and discounts on theatre tickets to our live Shakespeare adaptations, performed in regional venues.

Already Delivered
The Creative Shakespeare Project has a strong pre-pandemic legacy, having delivered high-impact, award-winning workshops in primary and secondary schools across the UK and Europe.
Our previous programmes have reached thousands of learners, embedding core knowledge of Shakespeare while igniting a love for literature and live performance.
Past highlights include our acclaimed open-air adaptations of A Midsummer Night's Dream, Much Ado About Nothing, Twelfth Night and Macbeth in the RSC Gardens, Stratford-upon-Avon, and our educational partnership performances with the National Theatre Connections Team.
Relaunched in 2024, we’re back and touring schools across Cheshire and the North West, already delivering inspired workshops that continue to excite young people and educators alike.
